Once you have transferred your vehicle to us and you’re in possession of a registration certificate (V5C) you should tell the DVLA of the sale using the V5C/3 section (yellow) and pass the rest to us.

If your car is subject to a finance agreement we can settle this on your behalf. Naturally, if there is a negative equity situation then we will be due the balance between the price we are paying you and the figure that is due to the finance company or institution.
It maybe that due to the data protection act, you will need to request a finance settlement letter directly. If you have any questions call us for more information.
Once we agree a price for your car, arranged payment for your car, dealt with all paperwork requirements, we then arrange for collection of your car from your chosen destination absolutely FREE of charge.
We will not leave with your car until YOU are completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction and a receipt is issued to confirm this
